We’re off to see the sugar gathering operations of the Dry Brook Sugar House in Salem, New York today. It is an open house that is done every year and we have been threatening and planning to go to one for a long time now, so today is the day. We will take pictures to post this evening, so stay tuned…Pictures at eleven... Ha, Ha (I always wanted to say that)
