We're pooped! I promise to blog tomorrow morning with new pictures of the gift shop. Colleen and JD started a project with their chimney at 9:00 AM this morning and ran into some difficulties and never made it to the farm to help with the purlin's, so we just worked on Soffit, Fascia's and battens on the siding. We finished the porch roof rafters and all the roof overhang trim on the side and back. That leaves the side toward the road and the front. Possibly tomorrow, we'll put some more battens on and maybe even some purlin's..... at least we'll be ready for the roofing Tuesday. Going to bed now..... Check back tomorrow morning Please!
This is a continuing story of two people, four dogs, three barn cats, 8 pet turkeys, 6 guinea fowl, 20 ducks, 125 chickens, 1 rabbit, 5 alpacas, 4 sheep, a Llama, A Sicilian Micro-mini donkey, a Sicilian mini donkey and her baby and their life long dream to run a little 9 acre farm in upstate New York. After you read the blog entries, go to our regular farm web site, and then to our wonderful farm and fiber Shop that we built and opened in 2011. The links are on the left.
