I’m on the comeback trail folks.......
Yesterday was a pretty good day considering...considering we had a acupuncture appointment at 11:30 in Delmar, stopped at Wal-Mart afterward to pick up some coffee and other things. We then moved on to stop at Appleby’s feed store to pick up some cat medicine and Tom Cat poison for under the turkey house. When we got home, we took our Slovakian friend Jiri and his buddy to a restaurant that is for sale, so his buddy could see it. We’re excited because Jiri has bought property up here, had a driveway cut into the center of it and is building a house here. He will then move his construction business up here and is bringing some family and friends along to start their lives here. The buddy he had along yesterday wants to find a property here to open a luncheonette or restaurant. What a great thing for Greenville! Well, anyway...we didn’t really get started on the turkey house until after five or six, so I think we did pretty durned well at that! Below are pictures of the pond...before and after, a few of the alpacas and the turkey house proceedings. Keep watching for today’s progress.
We can only work for a little while this morning, because we are going to take Vick’s Mom out for dinner, so we’ll leave around 1PM or so.
