We sure were glad to finish that furnace and get off of the mountain last night. The snow was blowing in giant swirls in around the street lights in front of the house we were working in. We had to make a thunder run to Lowe's in Catskill at 8:30 for a reducer and it was snowing like crazy and was still blowing flurries when we returned some 45 minutes later. After we were finished at 11:30, there were still flurries pretty heavily off and on. I hope this doesn't mean we are going to be in for an early winter this year. We've been lucky since we moved up here in 2006, because they have had two mild winters so far. Perhaps this is the beginning of the end for that!
