Friday, June 11, 2010...The Time Has Come....The People Arrive Tomorrow...
The time has finally come for the party we've been preparing for all week long. The master of ceremony and his wife will arrive around 2:30 today and will relax and remain here until after the party tomorrow. They will probably not go home until Sunday, after everyone leaves. Joe's brother and wife are staying over Saturday night and departing for home on Sunday also.
We have prepared everything and only have little things to do this morning, like tidy up a little and prepare all our stuff for Isabelle and Wendy to sell for us at the Greenville Craft Fair tomorrow in front of the library, where they will set up with the Alpacas. They always show up with the Alpacas on display for the kids and adults. It is a crowd pleaser and always generates a ton of questions about the Alpacas and their habits. Isabelle always has a few products for sale also. This year she will be selling her felted Alpaca pocketbooks, which are very pretty.
We really got the farm whipped into shape the last several days....and it shows in the following pictures. We have some of the nice, neat yard work we performed and some of the buildings.....then we have some of the new arrivals, Herbie, Ed and Norton...Our sheep. Here they are.....
