Okay...As you all know, we removed the little breaker panel in the potting shed, which was a small distribution center and installed the large 200 Amp panel there instead. It now feeds the garden pond pump, the pole light, barn and new gift shop. The barn and gift shop now have their own sub feed panels fed by the potting shed panel.
I mounted the small panel, which I removed from the potting shed, in the gift shop yesterday afternoon, placed 1¼ Carlon PVC conduit in the ditch from building to building and pulled a circuit of 220 volts to the gift shop breaker panel. The extension cord we have seemed to use for ever, in building the building is now no longer needed. Yea!!!!!!!! Now there are lights in there and we can work out there anytime of the day or night finishing the inside.
As soon as I complete the wiring and it is inspected. We will start the insulation and then the ceiling and wall covering. We will also install a flu pipe and flame retardant wall board to place the small cast iron chunk stove in there for the winter months.
We're looking forward to stoking a fire on the cold days and working in there. It's gonna be so cozy. We sometimes get into a hurry, but it was said that good things cannot be rushed and come in their own time. Thus it will be for this project of love. It will become a reality when it is supposed to be and not before.
We will go out tomorrow and work on receptacles and fan wiring. I need to cut in the two octagon boxes for the front porch lights and run the wiring to the switch and panel box. Below are a few pictures of our progress. Excuse the mess
