A Ride Through History....

Yesterday was a day of adventure…as we decided to go for pizza in Altamont, at the foot of the Helderberg Mountains. While we were there, we stopped in at a little yarn shop to see what they had that might be similar to our product here on the farm. It was primarily geared toward knitters and most all the yarns were imported from other countries. Good to know…Good to be all natural and 100% American too!

On the way home, we diverted a bit, just to be able to travel down this little road along the Onesquethaw Creek, just below Clarksville. It is a beautiful stretch of seasonal creek as the pictures show. The unique feature of this creek is the natural one piece stone creek bed, which the pictures show. It is a beautiful place to just hang out.

Today, we are trekking to Vermont to have our first 5K service performed on the car. We will make a day of it and stop here and there. We’ll shoot pictures to show you later…..
